Picnic Policy​

• We require at least 7 days notice for all picnic bookings. The earlier, the better!

• A 50% refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to lock in your preferred date. During your picnic, your party is responsible for all items and decorations. In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the value of replacing items will be deducted from the deposit

• Full payment must be received at least 3 days before your event​​

​

• Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to reservation time for a full refund. We will not offer partial refunds after this point​

​

• Please provide 48 hours notice to reschedule and avoid additional fees. Picnics can be rebooked within 2 months of initial booking​. Please plan an alternate indoor location in the event of poor weather conditions

• You will receive a location pin 15 minutes before your booking time. Please send us a message and wait for our arrival if you finish your event early.
